The City of Austin Music and Entertainment Division, the Austin Music Foundation and KUTX have teamed up once again to declare February Love Austin Music Month, and we want you to be part of it, too! Throughout February, get out and support your music scene. When you do, post about it on social media with the hashtag #loveaustinmusic and you’ll be entered to win a prize pack from KUTX and other Love Austin Music Month partners (see below for the list.)

Not everyone’s lucky enough to live in the LIVE MUSIC CAPITAL OF THE WORLD, but you are! Get out this month and support Austin artists and local music venues by catching some live music. Every weekday, Laurie Gallardo’s Austin Music Minute will highlight a show around town featuring an Austin artist or band. Buy some music from Austin artists, at a show, or by supporting one of our local record stores.
Head to Waterloo Records and pick up a copy of the new All ATX benefit compilation, I Want My All ATX, featuring 80s covers from Shakey Graves, The Octopus Project, Shinyribs, Mobley and more.
