Programs

Music Industry Boot Camp is an educational seminar series, presented free to the public three times a year, which focuses on music business topics relevant to the professional development of independent musicians. Panel discussions by industry leaders are offered with an audience Q&A and additional time for one-on-one questions.

Small Group Sessions, meetings of 30-50 participants, are geared to inform a smaller audience about focused music business topics and to allow individualized advice and discussion. The smaller educational seminars facilitate transfer of hands-on business knowledge between artists and music community professionals who wish to mentor up-and-coming talent.

Austin Music Mixer, a networking event hosted five times a year by AMF, allows musicians and music industry professionals to meet in an informal environment to share experiences, create alliances, build relationships, develop contacts, and support each other.
