It’s all about networking.  Everyone knows that relationship-building is important in creating business opportunities–especially in the music industry. 

Austin has a welcoming place where musicians and industry professionals can come together and develop contacts to enhance their careers.  In an effort to further unite the local music community and make Austin a friendlier place for all, Austin Music Foundation presents Austin Music Mixer.

Austin Music Mixer provides the opportunity for local musicians and industry professionals to get to know each other in an informal environment, share experiences, and learn from each other.  It’s also a great place for new Austin artists to get plugged into the music community.  So whether you’re a longtime Austinite or green on the scene, Austin Music Mixer provides valuable information and contacts for artists at any stage in their careers.
