Join the AMF team at the Paggi House on April 28th & 29th for the first ever ATX fest!San Fransico's Tea Leaf Green will headline the two-day festival which also includes 11 of Austin's hottest buzz bands. Chill out under the Oaks while listening to the eclectic sounds of the participating bands. Remember... a portion of the proceeds benefit AMF! Advance tickets are $25 and can be purchased in Austin at Paggi House, Austin Java on Barton Springs, and Waterloo Records.

An expert panel provided artists with insight on pursuing and negotiating record deals.

Speakers:
Chris Castle - Senior counsel in the Music Department at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Former Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. in New York and former Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at A&M Records, Inc. in Hollywood.
Mark Mazzetti - Senior Vice President of A&R for 5.1 Entertainment Group. Former Vice President of A&R at A&M Records where he worked with artists including Aaron Neville, Janet Jackson, Sting, Dishwalla, and Amy Grant.
Jay Woods - Senior Vice President and General Manager for New West Records. New West Records is home to a host of artists including The Flatlanders, Delbert McClinton, Chuck Prophet, and Slobberbone.
Patrick Clifford - Vice President of A&R at RCA Records. Patrick has worked with artists such as Blues Traveler, Ziggy Marley, & The Romantics.
