We would like to extend an amazing offer to all recording artists on behalf of the local digital distibution gurus, Psychobaby.   Psychobaby has an outstanding reputation for going beyond online distribution, and actually helping their clients get noticed online. Several of their artists have received key promotional placement on iTunes - for free!

They have generously offered to support the Austin Music Foundation by creating the Psychobaby donation program for AMF members! When you sign up for Psychobaby's online distribution, you also support AMF.  Psychobaby has committed to donate a portion of our handling fee from the online distribution of your music to AMF. This donation program does not affect the amount of the online distribution income you receive - you still make the same amount of money whether you participate or not.

The main requirements to getting your music online through Psychobaby are:

Music must be of a commercially releasable quality

At minimum a 5 song EP, or album, no singles will be accepted

Artist must have written all of the songs or has received the necessary licenses to commercially release the song(s)

Provide an electronic image of the album or EP cover 600x600 pixels at 300 DPI

Agree to promote at least one of Psychobaby's online distribution outlets on your website. You can choose: Itunes, MSN Music, Real Music, Napster or Hear Music.   It is critical that you promote the fact that your music is available online

Pay a one time $10 per CD encoding fee

Provide 5 copies of your CD

Provide a UPC code and ISRC Codes. If you don't have UPC and/or ISRC codes, Psychobaby will provide them at no charge
