The goal of the ADP program is to leverage Austin’s tremendous talent pool and develop a class of artists in this city who can reach the next level in creating sustainable careers. The ADP serves as a new and innovative model that will work to support the viability, growth, and visibility for Austin’s musical talent.

AMF’s Artist Development Program prepares emerging artists for the next step in their careers by providing expert mentoring, advanced-level professional development, and high-visibility opportunities. Participants work closely with the AMF staff, its Advisory Panel, and mentors to define their creative and professional goals.
