WHY IT MATTERS: Your support enables AMF to fulfill its mission of strengthening, connecting and advancing our local music industry and community.  Funds raised through Music Maker Revival will go directly towards providing professional development, mentorship, and educational services year-round for the music creatives AMF serves.

ABOUT AMF:

Founded in 2002, Austin Music Foundation (AMF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit arts service organization whose mission is to strengthen, connect, and advance the local music industry and community through educational programming, mentorship, and professional development. As one of the city’s first-established cultural music institutions, AMF is the cornerstone of Austin independent music and a center point for connectivity and activity within the creative ecosystem.

AMF develops initiatives that facilitate the growth and sustainability of music creatives and is Austin’s only arts service organization dedicated to delivering year-round educational programming and music business training, at no cost to the local music community.  Our goal is to ensure these opportunities exist for Austin’s creative class, particularly marginalized creatives, to sustain and thrive so our city and its people can continue benefiting from the cultural identity, value, connection, and economic impact music gives us.
